Bhawna’s deep understanding of both the pharmaceutical and CRO landscapes inspired her to bridge the gaps in vendor–client relationships and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that empower better decision-making.

Raised in an environment surrounded by her great-grandfather's, father's, and siblings' ventures, she was immersed in a culture of enterprise, resilience, and business acumen. This generational drive to create and build is truly "in her blood."

Building on this foundation, Bhawna pursued a diverse academic path, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in India and a Master’s in Statistics in the United States. Her professional career successfully bridged the worlds of construction and life sciences, showcasing a unique ability to combine rigorous analytical thinking with empathetic, people-centered leadership.
Her extensive cross-industry experience crystallised a core truth: the success of any organization is fundamentally driven by its people.
